A crucial shift to help audiences live authentically, and overcome challenges.

Cheyenne’s signature talk focuses on four key points that will change your audience’s views of themselves and adverse experiences.

Resilience isn’t enough.

Focusing only on being “strong” or “resilient” means that anything that feels like a challenge can fundamentally shake our sense of self.

Change is constant.

The one true constant in life is change, and learning how to accept change is key to handling adversity.

We are more than our trauma.

Trauma often leads us to a negative self-concept, centered on what has happened to us, instead of who we truly are.

The power of “and”.

Adding a simple “and” to our internal narrative helps us to recognize and connect with our full, authentic selves, which improves our ability to deal with adversity.

She left an imprint on everyone’s heart with her message of resilience. Her journey has been extremely difficult, but it is most obvious that the cancer battles only made her stronger.
